Selling our house came at a difficult time in our lives; serious illness had made us realize that we would be better served if we were closer to our family. I got Suzanne Anderson's name from a friend and customer of hers and called her to come in and do an assessment.  Suzanne came knowing that this visit would not be the one where we were actually putting our house up for sale. When we were ready to sell, over a month later, she returned the day of our call and listed our house. At the time the market was soft here and houses were not selling quickly, but ours did!
